Refund Policy
If you’re not happy, we want to make it right. Here’s how refunds work.
14 days, no questions asked
You can ask for a full refund of a star pack within 14 days of buying it. Each account can get one refund.
What happens after a refund
- The stars from that purchase are removed from your account.
- Books unlocked with those stars are closed, and their gift links stop working.
- The money goes back to the payment method you used. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
How to ask
Email hello@lapstory.com from the address you use for Lapstory, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes all refunds.
